Michael Andersen & Sons Pottery Fisherman & Wife Denmark mid century modern - $43 - (Modesto, CA)

Very nice pair of Micheal Andersen & Sons Danish mid century modern bust of a fisherman and wife from the period. These came from an estate that was full of mid century items, and are in excellent condition. I actually removed them from the main living rooms fire place mantle where they enjoyed a place of prominence for no doubt many years. They measure 5 1/2" tall. From my research i could not find this exact pair, with the woman's bow in the color seen here, being somewhat a purple in color.
