A very nice point to point hand wired tube preamplifier,uses 12au7 Mullards in the buffer stage,12ax7, NEC grey plate tubes in the gain stage...ez81 Mullard in the power rectification stage. also comes with a set of CM labeled 12ax7 clear top side getter 12ax7 tubes. all tubes are matched and tested on my Sencore tc136-to within 5%- the custom Litz wire power cord is included-however the interconnect cables are NOT.-...The stock power transformer has been upgraded with a much better American made transformer which I believe is a Stancor-The ez81 socket was upgraded to a surface mount ceramic socket. It will be well packed for secure shipping. This was my daily driver preamp for the last year...excellent sound quality -very reliable-a purist design with one set of inputs and one set of outputs.
