New Holland 5610 S Tractor w/Landpride mower deck, box blade, 3 point auger - $14,500 - (Lawrence, KS)

Hello, I am selling my "lawn mower" as I call it, this is very well maintained and barely worked tractor. I am the second owner of this tractor and I've owned it since 2004. The hour meter has not worked for the last 3 seasons, so I would add maybe 60 hours? I bought this tractor and the land pride mower to take care of my 18 acre yard. I do not own a farm nor has this tractor ever seen a "Hard-Pull". This 5610 has literally had an easy life. I used a 72" box blade one time to smooth an area out in the back yard. I have the 3 point auger (which sells with the tractor), but it's never been hooked up to this tractor. The Land Pride RCR2510 is in almost new condition. I keep my equipment clean and in good working order. Recent repairs on the tractor include: 1) New fuel lift pump: fall of 2015.2) New front tires: fall of 20153) Rebuilt hydraulic cylinder (steering) spring 20164) Full fluid and filter replacement: spring 2016As far as I know the year of this tractor is 2000. I used the OEM (Ford) New Holland paint on that entire unit.
