1920s Solid Brass Newel Post Lamp... Now A Table Lamp - $650 - (Lexington Park, MD)

Gorgeous Solid Brass Newel Post lamp with its matching and original Glass globe..made into a table lamp in the 40s you can tell by the switch used..they used a brass canopy for the base..the pattern dont match but its brass so it works..i wouldnt use more then the half sized 40w bulb as the globe gets hot..id say this dates from the 20s...It is heavy solid brass..needs polishing..thats on you...a very unique looking lamp i like it!!! ..Its 20 1/2" tall...the globe is 10" across..it weighs almost 8lbs..will ship well packed and insured
