On my TV-7 tester they read 73 and 78. A reading of 38 would represent the minimum recommended value. These new-old-stock National Union tubes are from 1940’s USA military production. The 6L5G (aka VT-213A) is a triode with octal basing. This tube type was common in 1930’s and 1940’s radio receivers.
