MEISSEN Porcelain Cobalt Blue Ground & Gilt Floral 5" Box w/lid Porzellan Dose - $329 - (Jessieville, AR)

MEISSEN COBALT BLUE TRINKET or DRESSER BOX with LID. Beautiful cobalt blue body and lid with hand painted floral design and heavy gold accents. The base measures 5 inches across and is 2 inches deep; lid measures 5 inches across and is 1.25 inches deep; together it is about 3 inches tall. Weighs 15.1 ounces. The base is marked underneath the glaze with the blue crossed swords, other marks, and the remnants of a sticker that said "Bauch Berlin". The box is in excellent condition with no gold loss, chips, crazing, etc. I can see no damage. Please examine photos carefully, as they are part of the description.
