18" Marcel Toulouse Annice with Genesis (adjustable tree) - $900 - (Naples, FL)
This is a well cared for (always kept in air conditioning and cleaned after every ride) 18" Marcel Toulouse saddle. The Genesis system allows for the tree size to widen significantly (5+ inches!) or narrow considerably. This saddle has fit every horse I put it on with a simple adjustment of the Genesis system (allen wrenches loosen and tighten the tree to make tree adjustments). The leather is of very good, durable quality and is quite grippy to aid in leg position. Velcro knee and thigh blocks are included and pictured. This saddle does exhibit typical signs of wear for being used frequently within the last two years. The water stains from riding in the rain (twice) are pictured as well as the very superficial blemish on the cantle. The leather along the bottom of the flap on both the left and right sides are exhibiting normal wear on the inside of the flap, but are in excellent shape on the visible side of the flap (picture of the wear is shown). This saddle has never been involved in any accident that would affect its performance or "life expectancy." Billets are 100%, tree is 100%, and leather shows no sign of cracking. I need a smaller seat size which is prompting the sale, and this is a very nice saddle for anyone looking for a higher end saddle without breaking the bank. Any questions are welcome!
