Vintage 50s Rockabilly Hepcat Hoodlum Greaser Black Authentic Loafers - $89 - (Walpole, NH)

Standard footwear for a local neighborhood rumble or knife fight back in the 50s. Probably not pointy enough for climbing chain link fences while running from the cops. These have been in the family for many years but have not had a suitable occasion to wear them to lately. Maybe you do. They are thick leather uppers with leather soles and rubber heels. Some wear on the heels but the soles look like they have lots of life left. A small rip in the stitching around the left foot that could be easily repaired. These are a size 11 D. Could use a good dusting and some polish. Clean lines and classic styling. Fairly wide for a D. This style was called the spoon loafer at one time and were very popular in the early 60s and late 50s.
