Pokémon Electronic Lugia Toy Hasbro 2000 Ultra Rare Collectible He was a very limited release for the Pokemon movie in 2000 and is no longer in production. He is in great condition but does have some minor paint wear on the blue tips of his eyes.Measures 10" standing and 13" from the tip of his head along the back to the tip of the tail.Push on the lower blue fin and Lugia will open his mouth and make several battle cries.His right leg (left if you're looking at him) controls the flapping of his wings.The plastic used on his tail and the wing joints are prone to yellowing, these still look great.3 x 1.5 LR44 are required for sounds. I will include the ones pictured, but they could need replaced soon.
