NEW and UNUSED 7 room all wood doll house, made from a vintage kit painted brown w/tan trim, that measures 43" X 33" X 22". This house lends itself to accommodate a lot of furniture. The exterior has a minimum of three coats of paint. Real dollhouse flooring and wallpaper were used to decorate the interior. Three coats of poly was used on the individually laid wood planks. The wood shingles are individually applied. The doors and windows operate. Smoke-free home. Local pick-up only. I have listed the auction as "pickup only". Shipping is VERY expensive for these houses. I would only use UPS, and they would provide the custom box and do the packing and insuring. You could be looking at $200 to $400 just for shipping, depending upon the distance.
