McIntosh, MR 7083,1 owner estate of Electrical Engineer - $599 - (Pisgah Forest, NC)
From the estate of an Electrical Engineer. Mr-7083 Tuner is in excellent shape with perfect glass and great chassis. Photo's show its condition. This gentleman had an 8b, and a 7T, with this McIntosh tuner. Sorry no documents, but many can been had on the internet. I have been away from ebay for 10 years but it is time for others to enjoy this equipment. All units are sold “As Is” condition. Description of the product is the best of my knowledge. I have invested in a great camera so that the photo’s will show the physical condition and where important the internal condition. These units have been part of my collection spanning 20+ years, but it is time for others to enjoy them. Modifications where done will be noted, otherwise the units are stock. My emphasis in collecting has been equipment that will reproduce a natural, non colored reproduction of the music software. Many are early IC units that were designed to give a tube type quality. Packaging of units to be shipped will include factory boxes when available otherwise units will be double boxed with proper packaging. All documentation in my possession will be included with each unit. In many cases I have shop manuals and schematics. Units will be brought up with a Variac prior to shipping and any discrepancies from the stated condition will be addressed with the buyer. Shipping within 3 days of clearance of funds.
