Vintage ADS Business Machine...extremely rare made by Anker-Werke , West Germany. I am listing this business accounting machine/cash register as is for collector's item, parts,etc...No guarantees that the machine works . Uses 110 volts....power cord and original key(s) are included .It does power up and the display changes when buttons are pressed, but that is all I know about it's functions. Research on the manufacturing company shows the following information. 1900: The company begins production of cash registers. 1906: The company changes name to Anker Werke AG. 1912: Anker Werke begins production of accounting machines and other office equipment. 1948: The company ends production of bicycles to concentrate on cash registers and accounting machinery. 1956: Anker Werke launches its first electro-mechanical accounting machines. 1967: Anker-Werke AG Bielefeld declares bankruptcy and is acquired by the U.K. company Thomas Tilling.
