You are looking at a Marpac Sleep Mate 980A Sound Screen White Noise Dual Speed Fan Sound Machine, Made in the USA. I bought this item around 15 years ago, used it a couple of times, then packed away in the back of the closet. It presents in LIKE NEW condition and works perfectly!! Use can adjust the level of sound on each setting by twisting the outer shell. I no longer have the box or instructions, but all you do is plug it in and choose between the 2 speeds.
