Synthesis Nimis RC Italian Tube amplifier - $666 - (Washington, DC)

A gorgeous and fabulous tube amplifier manufactured in Italy. Very rare in this country it produces 15 watts per channel into 6 ohms. It has a remote that governs volume with a physical motor to reduce interference. Inputs are 4 input line level, CD player, Tuner, Video, Aux1 and Aux2. RCA gold plated connectors with binding posts. I currently drive Avalon Accoustics Studio Monitors with this amp and it produces wonderful and deep sounds, even when I use digital media through a Wadia 170i Transport with V-Dac digital analog convertor, using MIT AVT3 Bi-rire speaker cables.
