This Golden Age issue features the first appearance of Paul Kirk, Manhunter and an early appearance of Sandman!We estimate the quality of this comic to be of VF to VF+ condition. The cover is still attached; however, it is missing one staple. The other staple is the original. Also, there is a small bit of colored tape on the top of the cover (see scans).
