You are buying a World's finest #17 in F/VF condition from 1945. This is a flat and complete copy with the cover well attached. There are off white pages with a light edge tanning. There is a crease mark on the front cover and starts by the "S" on Spring and runs down to Robin's hand. It has a decent spine and overall nice eye appeal. There are bright colors and nice edges on the cover. The rear cover has a couple of crease marks. It has a nice interior with 7 stories.
