Roommate wanted in beautiful 3 bed room home. - N.A. - (Baraboo, WI)

We are looking for someone to rent out our entire finished basement. Your space includes your own bathroom and shower, kitchen with refrigerator, microwave and sink, fireplace and a walkout patio that looks out over the bluffs. We are looking for a responsible, nonsmoker.  Unfortunately, there is not an option for pets.  We are very laid back and would like to say just all around nice people.  We would like someone  ASAP, but will be flexible.  Rent is $500 per month with the option to work some of that off helping around the house.  Of course, this is not mandatory in any way.  We are asking for a deposit of $500 and first months rent.  If this is a problem, please talk to us because we can work things out.  Please call my cell at 608-279-2481 or email me at madisontherapist@hotmail.com.   Thanks!  Stacy
