Leica M3 camera body for repair low s/n - $399 - (Halifax, NS)

Camera body and light meter only for sale in this listing. Lenses sold separately.  Classic Leica M3 body needs repair.  frame on shutter curtain is coming off.  Viewfinder is working but misaligned.  Leatherette is breaking off in places.  otherwise, at least one shutter curtain will advance and release,  and the body is in pretty nice condition for it's age. Low serial number 778 060 I was told is from the first production run in 1955, but I haven't verified this myself. Light meter has a broken piece in the housing so the hinge free shipping USA an Canada.   Will ship internationally upon request, but buyer pays shipping.
