FRESH TO MARKET comes this fantastic SILAS SEANDEL Bronze Mushroom Coffee Table. Acquired from the original owner who said he purchased it in New York City in 1968. Completely untouched patina. The photos are accurate. Brutalist Mid-Century styling at its best. The red script signature plate on the underside is welded on as should be expected. Condition of the bronze base is excellent, however the original glass top has one chip on its side that measures about 1" x 1/2". One of the corners also has a "flea bite". Original top measures 55" x 32" x 3/4". The bronze base measures approximately 25" diameter (depending on your angle) and stands 15" high. Very impressive work by an important MCM pioneer.
