Novelty Film Company 16MM Film World War II Pacific Front W/Box - $20 - (Decatur, AL)

Vintage Novelty Film Company 16MM film with box. The ends of the box are missing so I am unsure of the number of the film. It is a World War II film and the label on the back of the reel says " Part 1 Japanese Surrender". I unrolled most of the film and it seems to be in good condition with no breaks or repairs. From what I can tell it is a film about the Pacific Front of World War II. There are scenes of Roosevelt and Stalin. The box is not in good condition. It is missing the ends and is falling apart.
