Need to thin out the herd, and this one needs to be in the hands of someone who can appreciate it. Fodera is the bass of choice for more musicians that I can name here. This bass is a Special build Emperor. S/N E5SS034. I am not the original owner,. but the bass is well maintained. The Special designation is because of the Top wood called Madrone Burl and is beautiful. The neck and fingerboard are made of maple, and the body is Ash. Lightweight and comfortable to play. The neck contain a Double Action Truss Rod that can be reversed to provide more adjustment range. All necessary adjustment tools will be included. The pickups are Seymour Duncan driven by the Fodera - Pope 3 band preamplifier. If you are not familiar with the Emperor control layout, you have Volume and Tone Roll-off, Pickup Pan Control, Bass (Boost/Cut), Midrange (Boost/Cut), Treble (Boost/Cut), Passive/Active Switch, and Coil Tap Switch. With this array of controls, you can make this bass sound like almost any other guitar. This bass is priced to go, so make your best "reasonable."
