Selling my Suhr CAA OD50 "Classic Plus" head in bronco red tolex. I purchased this head new and it has been used gently in my smoke-free home. These heads are extremely versatile and are known for their great tone especially the clean channel. This head has a "plexi" style transformer which is seen in the one picture of the large transformer with the copper band on it. This head uses EL 34 power tubes along with 6 12AX7 pre-amp tubes. This studio quality head leans towards British tones on the gain or lead channel and has a pristine "Fender Blackface" tone on the clean channel. Suhr Custom Audio Amplifiers are boutique, hand wired amps and are built to last. This head is a 2013 head and comes with a factory 2 button footswitch, power cord, and heavy duty cover.
