12'x16' 4 Run Dog Kennel manufactured right here in Georgia by skilled Mennonite Craftsmen. All of our kennels are manufactured almost exclusively using pressure treated lumber. The kennel (or Porched looking area) is decked with solid composite lumber substitute that resists splintering, staining, absorption of liquids, rot, shrinking or expansion. Unit carries a 1 year warranty. Delivery and set-up is FREE in most parts of Georgia and a small portion of east central and east southern Alabama. These units are custom manufactured with your choice of roof color. Manufacture, delivery and set-up takes approximately 3-4 weeks. If you have any questions about our delivery area please message me prior to purchase. We also manufacture kennels in 1 Run, 2 Run, 3 Run, 4 Run, and custom sizes up to a 10 run 12'x40' building. We do also offer these kennels with a rent-to-own option for $230 per month which also includes free delivery (same delivery area). Please message me if this is something you would be interested in. I am VERY SORRY, but delivery to any other areas not mentioned is not available unless you have VERY deep pockets and don't mind paying approximately $3.50 per mile round trip to your location plus wide load permit fees for a 12' wide load through every State traveled.
