Everything works properly on this item. Excellent condition. I don't think this has ever been used. If it was it wasn't very much. Very clean no rust wheels spin freely has hand brakes fold down foot pedals and red reflectors in the handle bars. Wheelchair folds perfectly and opens properly. LOCAL PICK UP ONLY.
