Morning Meditation - N.A. - (Plymouth, MA)
Join Betsy Hall for another relaxing morning of practicing meditation. Following a brief discussion, we'll practice 3 different meditation styles: ten minutes of silent sitting meditation, a Native American moving medication called the 7 Directions, and walking meditation either indoors or outdoors,depending on weather. This workshop is for beginning and experienced meditators. Participants should bring a yoga mat if you prefer sitting on the floor vs. a chair for sitting meditation. Betsy Hall, a life member of Wildlands Trust, is an experienced meditation teacher, avid hiker, and dedicated open space volunteer for the town of Plymouth. The benefits of meditation are well-documented. This is a great opportunity to begin or restart your meditation practice.
