A pair of contemporary French Empire style armchairs. Each corner chair has a black lacquer finish with extensive mother-of-pearl inlaid décor, and brass ram's head terminals at the arms. The detail of the inlay is remarkable. Condition is remarkable, these have been carefully cared for their entire life. Some very light crazing. Each 35 1/2" high, 33" wide and 22" deep. Signed illegibly on the bottom and numbered 115 and 116 of 250. I'm willing to facilitate buyer-arranged freight shipping anywhere in the world (Uship's website makes it very easy).
