In original box, includes handset, wall base, headband, headset, ear clip ring, ear clip, headset sponge covers, telephone line cord, charger, AC power adaptor, belt clip, battery compartment cover, handset battery. The headset battery is installed. I purchased this in 2013 and decided to use computer headset with skype instead. I used headset for a very short period of time, batteries fully charged once. I am selling as is because I have no idea if batteries will still take a charge. Replacement battery for handset is T-T103, headset is T-T102.
