Reagan Gallery of the World Grand Champion 5 Gaited American Saddlebred horse "Belle Elegant" painted by renowned horse artist, Walter L. Brown, whose signature is on the lower right. The plate is in excellent condition ~ no chips, cracks or repairs but will probably need a cleaning; the plate measures 10.5" across with an ornate wood frame that measures 14" across.
