xbox one with Kinect and an elite controller with 5 games - $400 - (Howell, MI)

This is the quantum break 1Tb Xbox One. (Quantum break is not included). This bundle comes with the system, hdmi cord, dead rising 1,2,3 and 4 with gears of war ultimate edition. This also includes the elite controller as well as Xbox one Kinect. I used this system like 3 times. Getting rid of it because scale bound has been canceled. The only flaw is there is a black mark on top of Xbox. I am asking $400.00 OBO
