Authentic 1793 dated Sterling Silver eyeglasses/spectacles case, monogrammed ' WRL ' There are no hallmarks, but this was most likely a custom made item, and we don't believe there were any mandatory requirements to mark silver items at that time. We have a Niton XL2 precious metals analyzer that verified this item is made of sterling silver.
