I've been using the same Diamond Clean for four years and it is by far the best toothbrush Sonicare has ever produced...in my opinion, it's perhaps the best toothbrush ever made. Durability is great, I have had no problems with mine for about four years. I don't anticipate problems with it for the foreseeable future. Battery life is about 6-7 days with regular 2/day brushing 2 minute durations...and that's even after 4 years usage. Heads last about 6 months with regular use. It has 5 specific clean settings.
