Yamaha YBS-61 baritone saxophone - $3,000 - (San Francisco, CA)
Solid Low A baritone. Just got it back from the shop so it's in excellent playing condition. 6 pads were replaced a couple months ago as advised by my tech, mostly from the palm keys. You can see the cosmetic issues with the scratches but it doesn't affect playability. No dents on the bell either as pictured. I've gigged on it sporadically for a year and never let me down. I played next to other Yamahas and I like this one because it fits my smaller hands better, kinda like a big tenor. I bought a brand new Yamaha neck for it as pictured. Comes with case with wheels. The patina is smooth where you see the red around the neck curve, etc. It's not the prettiest baritone but it's a great sounding horn. More of a focused sound than big and spready. I just bought a new tenor and need to focus more on tenor playing moving forward. It's not as heavy as other baris too I've noticed. You are buying from a super high rated ebay member.
