This is a new/used product. I bought it in June for 325.00 it came with a one year warranty. So there are 4 months left. The outer DVD door is missing. And there is some pitting on the bottom of the bezel. Both under warranty. You would have to mail it off to Texas. It has windows 10 Home. screen 19.5. Upgraded ram to 8 gig,. (4) USB 3.0 ports. and 2.0 Ports. HMDI, Intel, built in Dolby digital Plus Home Theater with Acre TrueHarmony,. I changed over to an IPAD. This is not good deal it is a great one. 15.00 flat rate shipping anywhere in the U.S.A. Please note this is a stock Photo. Mouse is NOT included.
