STUNNING Leron FIGURAL Cantu Lace & Linen 25 Pc Placemat Set Lt. Ecru E13 - $1,495 - (West Bloomfield, MI)

This is a fabulous placemat set! It consists of twelve placemats 17" x 11" , twelve napkins 18" square, and one runner 20-1/2" x 44". The luxurious quality ecru linen is richly endowed with handmade figural lace, highlighted with birds. This wonderful set is from Leron, one of the leading names in fine luxury linens. I would have doubted that it was from Leron had it not been for the newspaper clipping that was included. This showed the identical set (minus the birds) and minus the runner, selling for $7,500 in 1978!!! It is in pristine condition. It comes with each napkin and placemat individually wrapped in tissue, something I have never seen before. I had to open up the package to photograph the set. In today's money, that $7500 would be equivalent to $25,000 - it will be shipped in the original Leron box and we will include the newspaper from 1978 to verify the item. This is an opportunity to own an heirloom set!
