2 TEMPO MIJ BASSES vintage 60s Matsumoku Lng Scale L/ Teisco, Kingston, Guyatone - $450 - (Cincinnatus, NY)

Vintage Japanese Basses - Two Identical Tempo Matsumoku basses. I'd guess mid-to-late 1960s somewhere. Pretty much same basses sold under various other brand names: Kingston, Conrad, Leban, Kent Guyatone. Long scale, deep and clear with great tone/punch. These are some of the best sounding vintage Japanese basses made. One with roundwound strings, one with flatwounds. One plays very well, the second has a slight bow in the neck - not sure if it can be adjusted out - may need luthier attention, but is playable as is. Both are exact same other than badge style. They are the same size even though one appears slightly larger than the other in photo, due to difference in distances from camera. Thanks
