RARE vintage coleco smurfs mobile kids peddle car new in the open box - $650 - (Topeka, KS)

Here is a very rare item from my research. Came from a house of a hoarder. It looks like it was opened and they began to assemble it and gave up soon after. It was them put back into its box and into the garage and forgotten about. There were some mud dobbers nest on the box i knocked off but could be cleaned up further. Looking thru the parts it appears they are all there EXCEPT the steering column is missing. The only wear to this is to the box, a few high points of the car have some wear, and one of the stickers on the sheet has a small hole and damage. I imagine the sticker sheet could be taken to a printing place and they could copy you a new one on sticker paper but you would just need to cut them out. Please see pictures for condition.
