Kate Spade Purse (Avon) - $100 - (Indianapolis, IN)

I purchased this for my wife for Christmas, however the color is more "Tiffany Blue" and not "Turquoise" like she thought it would be. Never used, still have the tags! Cash only, must be willing to meet in a public location. Thanks for looking!
