1950's T. Cohn Tin Dollhouse 24"L X 16"D X 11"H VGC - $165 - (Fredericksburg, TX)

The label on this dollhouse reads Made by T. Cohn, Inc. 200 Fifth Ave. N.Y.C. ANOTHER SUPERIOR TOY...I love the bright colors and graphics...the dollhouse is clean and without rust...does have some scratches...not a swererious issue...some masking tape on back two corners that I will let the new owner remove...I believe cardboard was added to the back part underneath the house to help prevent warping... to make the yard more stable...I think a previous owner did this... not the manufacturer...I pack carefully and ship quickly after payment is received...I pay for shipping and full insurance...we live in a smoke-free home...questions welcomed...I do my best to answer promptly...thank you for viewing...
