The bears are carved before 1900's the hunter tracked them down decades later. All Black Forest originals. The detail for those who can zoom is outstanding.the bears more realistic then others I've seen . Brown bears hair even done painstakingly.Glass eyes in bears are type first used in bear carvings. There still in place on both bears. You will never see another set so beautiful. Selling with hunter. Because always had them together. Hunter without them would look strange. Lol first and last 2 pics I couldn't resist. Lmao
