Old time favorite and so dang hard to find anymore. These are reliable fall bloomers and the old farmers say they predict winter. Once they start blooming, the first frost is usually within 6 weeks. These are planted at my homestead and will be dug, packaged and shipped same day. These will bear green strappy leaves in the spring, which will die back completely. Here they are currently bearing green leaves. They will turn yellow and 'die' back. In the fall tall shoots pop up with multi flowered 'heads.' They multiply quite profusely, which is why I am selling them. I will include planting directions with them. Like most flower bulbs they do not like to be too wet. Well drained soil is always best. Basically you plant and forget and then come fall voila! PRICE IS FOR 3 BULBS
