this is new never installed , I got stuck with this in a warranty battle . IE. the customer got a new unit and I got the old one and had to wait for it to be warrantied . it is still crated and shrink wrapped . it has a small dent in the outer jacket that has no effect on operation its on the back side about a quarter of the way from the bottom. this can be picked up in Morris co. NJ . please ask all questions before you bid . sold as is where is . no returns. payment is due 5 days from the end of the auction or at pick up in cash . . thank you for looking
