Fully functional, but there are some small scratches on the outer casing of this on the in one small area (see picture) and may have some stickers may be missing, but NO DENTS on the tank or anything that effects functionality. Inner tank has been checked and is perfect, and all valves and electronics were checked and are fully functional as well.
