This item is a amazon return. I believe this is new but someone took the hardware and shipped it back. You only get what you see in the pictures. It has a few cosmetic issues. It has some scuff marks from where the plastic packaging rubbed against it. There is also a spot of discoloration from the manufacturer. I tried to get the flaws in the pictures. It has been tested and does work. I will pack it well with bubble wrap to assure no additional cosmetic damage.The original box has light wear. In order to offer free shipping, item may be sent in a flat rate box with out original box but it will be packed well. You are buying AS IS with NO returns.
