Hi Welcome! For your consideration is this beautiful, incredibly detailed vintage music box from the Erzgebirge region in the former East Germany. It is an unique art work, hand crafted from wood and hand painted. It features a lady standing behind her flower stand and selling or arranging flowers for display. The musical movement is a swiss THORENS movement. It plays very well: "Waltz of Flowers." To wind it up, turn the key clockwise. There is a working stopper on the side. When the music is playing the entire platform is rotating. This beautiful item was made by the Leichsenring company. It is complete, apart from only 2 flower leaves missing. That is rare! What an excellent condition for such a vintage item! Nice addition to your Erzgebirge collection! Size: about 5.5" tall and 5" in diameter. Excellent condition! The colours are bright and shiny!
