1866 $10 Republic of Ireland national Bond Rare name of person it was issued to - $600 - (Fairfield, TX)

Number 4363 Dated Nov 10th 1866 Issued to James Shay, Most of these were not issued to anyone so this one is quite rare. Signed by JJ Sullivan and Michael Scanlon. There are some tape markings on the edge of the note, possibility to stop a slight tear on each edge from being folded, otherwise this is in very good condition, My father gave me a box of old coins and paper money before he passed away over 20 yrs ago, All I know is what I have researched on the Fenian uprising. And the bonds that were issued.
