The second is a Bunnies By The Bay baby Croak Coat frog jacket.It comes with slippers: One reads "Flipper" the other "Slippers"The color looks washed out in the photos but its not at all. The color is a little deeper than the last photo.The shell is 100% polyesterLining 100% cottonVery plush, soft feel.This would be a darling spring/summer jacket or Halloween costume.
