Lionel X6454 Baby Ruth Boxcar offered only in 1948. This is the rarest of the 6454 series. The car is in excellent running condition. The orange paint still has a nice sheen and the black heat-stamping is heavy and even. There are a few marks on one of the metal sliding door frames and the wheels show a little run wear, but in excellent condition. Both doors slide easily, all details are in tact and the couplers are in great condition, springs alive. TheThree Cities box is worn and missing one end flap, but the other flap in tact.
