FANTASTIC RARE VICTORIAN ENAMELED LARGE FLOWER & BEE SACH PIN The pin is UnSigned. The pin has a standard C style clasp of the era. The metal is brassy & shows signs of age which is normal for these pins. There is a prong set rhinestone in the flower that has darkened a bit with age. Also there is a faceted bezel set Faux Amethyst that makes up the Bee's body. The translucent enamel work looks to be all present, but will call it at least 99% present in case I missed something. The enamel looks to be greens & purple (grape) in color. The pin measures approximately 2 1/8 inches by approximately 2 5/8 inches at its widest point. This Sach pin is quite Unique & has many things going for it you normally don't see. This was part of my mothers collect that I'm going to start selling off.She collected a good bit of enameled ones. So keep us in your favorites if you like or collect sash pins. I'll be listing more for auction & buy it now in my eBay store.
