Original, signed, painting 12"x16" depicting Cherokee warrior, Junaluska - $285 - (Hendersonville, NC)

In the life of Chief Junaluska of the North Carolina Cherokee Indians, he only had one photograph made of him. I have included in this listing a copy of that blurry photograph. When I came across that one, sad photo, I decided Junaluska was worthy of a painting of himself. I have always admired Junaluska since moving to the mountains of NC and attending the outdoor drama (Unto These Hills) depicting the touching life story of this brave Indian. I enjoyed researching and painting this portrait of Junaluska. I hope that it falls into good hands who also has an admiration of this man.
