The painting is housed in its original frame with its original undisturbed backing. This Circa 1920's - 30's California Impressionist painting measures approximately 14" high x 18" wide. In its original frame it measures about 20 1/2" x 24 1/4". The painting is in very good original vintage condition no signs of damage or restoration. Ready to go on the wall !
